Once again, we are unsure what exactly we are facing here. Update is that she is going to get two units of platelets and then they are going to do 1pm surgery. There is an abscess there but it is inconclusive what that abscess is. The surgery will be exploratory and fix whatever is there. She has been on pain medicine and slept for a few hours.
